Ham Radio

Recently, I've mainly been focused on mesh networking with the AREDN project. I designed and maintain the site at https://www.soazmesh.xyz/

I'm an active member of OVARC, the Oro Valley Amateur Radio Club. We are a very involved club, and we operate all kinds of events throughout the year, such as Field Day and the AZ QSO Party.

My main rig is a Kenwood TM-V71A. For portables, I have a few Baofeng/Pofung UV-82s and a Wouxun KG-UV8D.

If you want to talk on the radio, I'll often be listening on the OVARC repeater network. Practically anywhere in Tucson, you can hit 146.620 (-) with PL156.7. It's also on Echolink node 99946.
